There have been some questions recently about the market and what’s happening with it. While it has been evening out, Metro Denver is still a seller’s market. The “sweet spot” with the greatest buyer demand is for single family homes priced in the $300,000 to $499,999 range. The new construction occurring all around Adams County definitely correlates with these figures, showing that our area is staying right in the thick of things.
According to the Colorado Association of Realtors, median single-family home sale prices in Adams County remain slightly lower than the state average, though the gap has narrowed over the past few years.1 There is, of course, the typical seasonal slowdown to consider this time of year, but the average days on the market is still averaging about a month. All in all, things are still looking good if you are thinking of selling your home this year.

I would like to close by wishing everyone a safe holiday full of blessings. I know I am blessed, and I am so grateful for family, friends, and wonderful clients, past and present.
