I’m probably not the only one asking myself, “How the heck is it December already?” and “Where have the last twelve months gone?” I have been reflecting upon all that has happened over the past year… I can only say, “Wow, what a year it has been!”
2017 has been so incredibly full of amazing blessings in my life, but also not without its challenges and sadness. I’m once again reminded that there’s no better time to bless and release the troubles, to celebrate the goodness, to hold close our loved ones and friends, and to remember with fondness those who are forever in our hearts though gone from this world. It seems I say this every year, but it’s true… I am so grateful to be blessed with such wonderful family, friends, clients, and coworkers.

I truly appreciate your support and confidence! A quick note about pending tax reform legislation and how it could impact the real estate market: At this time, it’s hard to say exactly which way it will go, but there could be some pretty significant changes – some good, and some not so good, for both home owners and commercial real estate investors.
