It’s always amazing to me how quickly we arrive at this time of year every year! Pandemonium lives in our hearts while the never ending To Do lists get checked off daily. Mixed in with this hurricane of activity is all the joy that goes with the season as well. We hope this issue of The Brighton Buzz helps you to prepare.
This month’s cover highlights Historic Downtown Brighton once again. So many of Brighton’s residents as well as those from surrounding communities have no real understanding of all of the resources available to them in this ever evolving area. We draw your attention to the centerfold this month on pages 32 and 33 that will give you a better idea of the businesses in this amazing part of Brighton. A huge shout out goes to Gary Montoya and Abby Martinez from the City of Brighton for preparing this more complete list. One of the first opportunities in this Holiday season to see many of the businesses mentioned in action is Small Business Saturday, November 30th. Please turn to page 59 for a press release from Brighton’s Chamber of Commerce as to how your business can participate. Shop Local this November 30th and all through the Holidays!
November is a month for “Thanks” giving. Every day an event occurs that you may say to yourself, “Wasn’t that nice, or that really helps!” We don’t always show our appreciation in that moment, but, it means a great deal to those extending their kindness to know it’s been recognized. Take some special time this month to thank those that make your days brighter. We, at The Brighton Buzz, want to thank our advertisers for their much appreciated support of our magazine. We also would like to thank our readers for their response to the advertisers and events we showcase.
Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at The Brighton Buzz!
