Spring has sprung, and we are so excited to welcome this beautiful season at Young Montessori with cleaning and preparing our outdoor garden beds! In the classroom, we are recycling all those leftover eggshells from Spring activities with an “Eggshell Grinding” work that can be used to help our vegetable gardens grow. This naturally leads to a study of the egg, its parts, what about it helps the garden grow, how its state of matter on the inside can change from a liquid to a solid using heat, and finally; naming and labeling the stages of the life cycle of a chicken. And most exciting of all, we will have a “Spring Egg Hunt!”

Young Montessori offers two day, three day, and five day programs, both part time and full time under the guidance of experienced teachers in an authentic Montessori preschool environment.
