Moosehill Brighton was established in 2018 by my husband Eli and I, Letitia. We are excited to bring Moosehill to Brighton. My sister, Mandi, owns Moosehill on Colfax. That restaurant has been operating since 1984!
Moosehill is very close to our hearts as Eli and I met there back when we were in high school. We also got married at Moosehill Kipling (now closed) when it was operating in 2002!
I hope we can earn your business and support at Moosehill Brighton. We are a Veteran owned business as Eli served four years on active duty in the Marine Corps and we live in the Brighton area.
At Moosehill Brighton you will find Mexican food as well as Tex-Mex food. We are famous for our burritos, green chile and our Moosemilk. We also have Gluten-Free, Vegetarian and Vegan menus as well as catering service. If you live within a 7-mile radius we deliver through Doordash and Grubhub. We are working on our liquor license and we will soon have our famous margaritas for you to enjoy. In the meantime come in and try our Boba tea! Yes, you read this right, we have Boba Tea. When we took over our current location from Chopsticks Vietnamese restaurant we decided to keep the Boba tea since the current owners mentioned this was something many of their customers were going to miss.
