As the state eases COVID-19 restrictions, the City of Brighton is excited to announce the return of Summerfest and the reopening of the Oasis Family Aquatic Park in the coming months.

Summerfest

Summerfest, the City’s largest community festival, is set to return to Carmichael Park on Saturday, June 5, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Ahead of this date, the City is seeking vendors and sponsorships for the festival. Events will include family-friendly activities, businesses and organizations, live music and more. All activities and concerts at Summerfest are free to the community. Interested vendors and sponsors should contact Susan O’Connor, Event Coordinator at soconnor@brightonco.gov. The deadline for vendor and sponsorship applications is Friday, May 7.

COVID-19 guidelines at the time will apply. If COVID-19 restrictions push back this event, Summerfest will be held Saturday, Sept. 18. More details about the community festival will be released at a later date. For more information, visit brightonco.gov/summerfest or call the city’s Special Events Office at 303-655-2218.

The Brighton Oasis Family Aquatic Park will be open for the 2021 season from Saturday, June 5 – Sunday, August 8. Hours of operation for the Oasis will be released at a later date. Outdoor pool COVID-19 guidelines at the time will apply.
