As in many years before, we begin the new year with the hope of resolving this year to be one of the best ever.
Resolutions abound and we attempt to correct some of those habits that brought less positive results in 2018.
A month later into 2019, reality sets in and our schedules and challenges bring into full view “life in the new year.” While not giving up on those resolutions, there’s some sense of relief that we’re into the time and space of 2019. Applauding both small and large successes and overcoming obstacles makes us feel right at home.
The February issue is always fun to put together as we’re fortunate to have our cover advertiser offer a great resource for your jewelry purchases for Valentines Day. As you make your way through the issue, there are many reasons to take advantage of all of the specials offered by our advertisers to celebrate that special day and enrich your lives.
Even though there’s snow on the ground, there’s also Spring right around the corner, and it’s not too early to start thinking about projects you may want to do. We’ve tried to include a few mountain activities for those that enjoy winter in the Colorado mountains, as well as some creative ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day if you want to change up your celebration from years past.
On another note, we give a hearty thank you to our legislators for re-opening our government!
Wishing You A Lovely February,
